REQUIREMENTS

  • several years of experience in advertising agency  
  • experience in planning and coordinating localizations for a number of various assets, incl. ATL and digital scope 
  • very good command of English
  • ability of liaising with external production partners
  • ability to manage functional analysis of projects; ability to define aims, delegate work and verify the quality of execution
  • ability to manage schedule, providers, risk and quality
  • negotiation skills and social skills; excellent organization of work
  • well manners and excellent communication skills as well as being articulate, in both words and writing

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • managing agency relations with external production partners
  • identifying production synergies across markets beyond Central Europe only
  • establishing contacts and building relationships within Publicis Groupe
  • control of budget coherent with projects
  • monitoring the quality and timeliness of ongoing projects
  • co-operation with Client Service Departments
