REQUIREMENTS

  • Student of economics, accounting, finance or similar
  • Minimum one year of payroll processing experience with internal and external client
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • High personal culture and communication skills
  • Responsibility, self-discipline, very good organization of work

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing and taking care of payroll operations
  • Preparing, filing and coordination of personnel documents’ internal flow (contracts, annexes, certificates for employees, etc.)
  • Entering and updating data in the payroll system
  • Preparation of reports, HR and payroll statements
  • Maintaining good and supportive relations with all employees
  • Reliable execution of duties in accordance to compay’s internal standards
