Michał is an eCommerce professional with over 10 years work experience both on client and agency side. Holding the position of the leader of eCommerce Strategy in Interactive Solutions, he's responsible for quality of integrated eCommerce and eMerchandising strategies for brands and eRetailers, on local, regional and global level, as well as mentoring the team of eCommerce Strategists.

Although he currently focuses on best-in-class digital strategies and operational management, he still likes to call himself a technical marketer, as his past experience includes: webdeveloping, conversion rate & UX optimization, implementation of a cross-channel marketing automation solutions, dealing with conversion overlapping in affiliate and lead-gen campaigns or implementing omnichannel approach . All of them always based on advanced technological possibilities and feasibility of proposed solutions.

Additionally, from the very beginning of his career, Michał is very close to web analytics and performance-based solutions as he believes that despite the importance of intuition and know-how, hard data is the crucial factor in the strategic recommendation process.

As a eCommerce strategist in IS and Saatchi & Saatchi, he has already worked on improving eCommerce presence for Procter & Gamble, General Mills, GlaxoSmithkline/Novartis, Microsoft, Bosch Home Appliances, Philips, Toyota, Polkomtel, Amica, NC+, Selgros Cash&Carry and several others, both locally and internationally.

Michał's projects, campaigns and willingness to share his experience were often appreciated by others; he gained more than 12 prizes during 2,5 year work for the biggest local fashion & lifestyle eShop (ANSWEAR.com), was nominated for outstanding contribution to the development of e-commerce in Poland, not to mention several prizes for social media projects (even before the Facebook era).

Privately, he holds the position of university lecturer on AGH University of Science and Technology (Cracow) and Koźmiński University (Warsaw) willing to share his knowledge from numerous fields related to digital & eCommerce marketing. Personally, he graduated from Jagiellonian University in Cracow with a master's degree in law and continued his education in Cracow Business School - University of Economics on project management postgraduate studies.
